Shipping & Returns

1. Right of Resolution

The customer may return his order within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods (Right to Terminate the Contract under Decree-Law 143/2001 of April 26). With regard to services, due to its ephemeral nature, the return is accepted until 24h after the order, if in this period the service has not elapsed.

2. Return Policy

The items purchased in the Online Store can only be returned within 15 days and presenting the original conditions. With the exception of custom items that are not returnable.

3. Refund Policy for Returned Orders

In the case of an order of articles of the Online Store that has not been received by the customer at the indicated address, regardless of the reason, an email will be sent to the customer as soon as the delivery is received at our premises. This communication allows the customer a new way of receiving the order, or canceling it (except for personalized, non-returnable articles). If the customer does not respond to the communication within 15 days, the items that can be returned will be canceled and the respective amounts refunded;

If the order has been paid by Multibanco, the NIB will be requested to make a bank transfer;

In no case, will be returned the shipping costs of the order;

4. Article Exchange

Returns (exchange of articles) are allowed for articles equal to or greater than the item initially ordered. In the event that the intended article, in different size / color, has been discontinued by the supplier and there is no stock replenishment, we undertake to return the value thereof.

5. Costs of Returns

If you are returning an item due to an error in the Online Store, the cost of the re-delivery will also be borne by us.

If the customer wants to exchange one article for another, for reasons other than those mentioned above, additional costs will be shared by both parties. For example, if you want to exchange one item for another of different price different size, you will have to bear the costs of the re-delivery and the price difference between the articles, and the costs of the return will be borne by the Online Store.

6. Return Process

To return an item, please contact customer support at or by calling 964675725 (working days, from 4h30pm to 8 pm), and schedule the return of the order.

The order should come conveniently wrapped and accompanied by the reason for the return.

Once the return is received, an email will be sent to the user informing him of the processing of the same.

In case of a refund, the same will be done by bank transfer, being necessary for this purpose your NIB (Bank Identification Number).

Any packaging received without identification of the sender or sent to the collection will not be accepted.
